Series 4000 

The Series 4000 is a family of spring-assissted poppet check valves.

Suitable for the most demanding service environments over land, sea, air, and space. Series 4000 valves are well suited for service in a vast assortment of gases and liquids where extended service life, gall-free operation, and bubble-tight operation are critical.

 

  • Zero leakage, Zero maintenance

  • Working pressures up to 10,000 psig (689 bar) 

  • Standard Operating Temperature Range: -40F to 400F (-40C to 204C)

  • Extended High Temperature Service Options

  • Cryogenic Service Options 

  • Nominal Cv of 0.4

  • Standard Cracking Pressure: 5 psi (0.34 bar)

  • Optional Cracking Pressures: 2, 10, 20 psi (0.14, 0.69, 1.38 bar) 

  • Ideal for rapid pressure transients

  • Impervious to damage from chatter

  • Designed to withstand extreme pressure surges in the forward or reverse direction

  • Made in the USA from domestic materials conforming to aerospace specifications

  • Rigorously tested to ensure trouble free service

Series 7000 

The Series 7000 is a family of spring-assissted poppet check valves intended for extreme temperature service.

 

  • Cryogenic fluid applications down to -320F 

  • High Temperature Applications up to 1200F

  • Working pressures up to 10,000 psig (689 bar) 

  • Designed to withstand extreme pressure surges in the forward or reverse direction

  • Made in the USA from domestic materials conforming to aerospace specifications

  • Rigorously tested to ensure trouble free service

  • Standard Fluid Interface: AS4395 (37 Degree Flared Tube Fitting)

  • Optional Fluid Interface: AS1098, AS5202, AS1941, AS930, AS4320
