Series 3000 

The Series 3000 Service valves, or fill/drain valves, are used during manual tanking operations of flight ve-hicle fluid systems, providing leak tight elasto-meric sealing with a backup metallic seat to safely load or vent most fluids. An additional tertiary cap is available to provide FOD protection to the service fitting.
